Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas

Professor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas EdD FRSA is an internationally recognised educator working at the British School of Fashion, GCU London where she is Professor in Marketing and Sustainable Business. Natascha promotes sustainability in higher education in her role as Vice Chair PRME UK & Ireland and is a member of UN PRME’s Expert Pedagogy Group. Natascha is the recipient of a prestigious National Teaching Fellowship and became a Fellow of the RSA in recognition of her work promoting sustainability in fashion education.

Natascha was recently named in SustainabilityX Magazine's inaugural Global 50 Women in Sustainability. Natascha is Associate Editor of the International Journal of Sustainable Fashion and Textiles and Editor-in-Chief of Bloomsbury Fashion Business Cases and promotes sustainability literacy through these innovative resources. Natascha is an Advisory Board Member for The Council For International African Fashion Education (CIAFE). Natascha is Vice Chair of the UK Costume Society and a passionate knitter, stitcher and make-do-and-mender!

Helena Mansell-Stopher

Helena Mansell-Stopher is CEO and founder at Products of Change, a digital platform that provides a safe place for industry to learn, connect and transition to a more sustainable future.  Helena also curates the sustainability in licensing conference (SILC) the first of its kind in the brand and licensing industry, formed to advance the industries knowledge on future innovations within the sustainability space.  

Helena is an advisor to the United Nations Conscious Fashion and Lifestyle Initiative and Board Director to Recycle to Read, an environmental educator who builds systems to unlock value in the waste stream to benefit schools. 

With a 25 year career in the licensing industry across media and lifestyle brands, working with companies such as HIT Entertainment, Mattel, Marvel and National Geographic, as well as a 5 year career in sustainability, Helena is at the cutting edge of closing the knowledge gap to advance the industry forward to a sustainable future.

Callie Clayton

Callie Clayton is Global Client Relations Manager at Spiber Inc., a Japanese biotechnology start-up using synthetic biology to develop new protein materials called Brewed Protein™. Prior to this role, she worked in material and product development at Modern Meadow, an American biotechnology company developing Bio-Alloy™ biomaterials.

Her previous and current roles focus on the development of sustainable textile materials using biotechnology. Callie is a textile designer by training, with experience across textile engineering, material science and product + business development.

Christine Goulay

Christine has over 20 years of professional experience at the intersection of sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation, with a specialization in fashion. She recently launched Sustainabelle Advisory Services focusing on innovation as the key to driving positive environmental and social impact. Previously, Christine was the Global Director of PANGAIA SCIENCE, the B2B arm of PANGAIA. Additionally, Christine was Head of Sustainable Innovation at Kering where she worked to fast-track circular and impact-driven innovations across the group.

She also spent several years at INSEAD in the Centre for Entrepreneurship, where she focused on business model innovations for double and triple bottom line companies. Before that, she launched the B2B business, Edun Live, part of the ethical fashion brand, Edun apparel, founded by Ali Hewson and Bono. She also practiced as a corporate lawyer specializing in venture capital and private equity law. Christine attended Harvard University, holds a law degree from Boston College Law School and has an MBA from INSEAD.

Simran Cheema

Simran Cheema is a recent graduate of UBC Sauder School of Business, with a minor in Sustainability. She is passionate about fashion and styling, and finds many of her pieces through recycled fashion such as thrifting. She worked at Aritzia Head Office in Strategy and Logistics, but recently left to pursue her own career in styling.

She is committed to helping everyone find their own personal style and sourcing items sustainably. She is relocating from Vancouver to London to expand her career in fashion and styling.
